How do I access NDIS funding through Beyond Limits?

To access NDIS funding through Beyond Limits, you'll need to have an approved NDIS plan. If you're already an NDIS participant, simply contact us, and our team will guide you through the process. We can help you understand your plan, choose appropriate services, and set up service agreements. If you're not yet an NDIS participant, we can provide information on how to apply and support you through the application process.

Our team of support workers is strategically located throughout Sydney to ensure we can provide timely and efficient services to all our clients. How quickly can you start providing services?

We understand that support needs can be urgent. In most cases, we can begin providing services within 24-48 hours after completing the necessary paperwork and service agreements. For specialized services or in cases requiring specific support worker matching, it may take a little longer to ensure we provide the right support. Our team will work with you to establish a timeline that meets your needs and circumstances.

Can I choose my own support worker?

Yes, at Beyond Limits, we believe in participant choice and control. We work closely with you to understand your preferences, needs, and goals to match you with the most suitable support workers. You can request specific qualities such as gender, language skills, or experience in particular areas. If for any reason you feel a support worker is not the right fit, we will work with you to find a more suitable match.

What if I need emergency support outside of business hours?

Beyond Limits offers 24/7 emergency support for our clients. If you require assistance outside of our regular business hours, you can contact our emergency line at (02) 9060 6670. Our on-call team is available to address urgent matters and provide the support you need, when you need it.
