School Leavers Program in Condell Park

Finishing school is a big change. Our Condell Park school leavers program gives young people aged around 17–25 a weekly routine, a group of peers and practical skills for adult life, from travel training to cooking and managing money.

We're happy to meet families during Year 12 to plan the move from school, including a trial day where possible. Our program can also sit alongside School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) if they're in your plan.

Door-to-Door Transport

Our accessible transport van collects participants from home in Condell Park and surrounding suburbs and brings them back at the end of the day. It's set up for a wide range of mobility and support needs, and it's also used for community outings. Transport is charged in line with NDIS pricing rules, and we'll explain the cost before you start.

Our Other Day Program Centre

We also run a day program centre in Casula, with the same hours, ratios and transport. See our day program in Casula, or read about NDIS services in Condell Park.
